IRONMAN - Advanced

Program duration: 23 weeks
Cost: $525

This plan was designed for the advanced age group athlete or new professional athlete, and is a 23 week build up to your goal Ironman Race. A typical week includes 3-4 bike rides, 4 runs and 4 swims. 2 of the bike and runs come in the form of brick workouts.

IRONMAN - Intermediate

Program duration: 23 Weeks
Cost: $525

This plan was designed for the intermediate age group athlete that has completed at least one full ironman distance triathlon and is looking to better their performance at the ironman distance. The plan ranges from 9 hours per week of training to 22 hours for the peak weeks.

16 Week Out Ironman Race Plan

Program duration: 16 Weeks
Cost: $425

This plan is perfectly suited for the experienced age grouper who is capable of completing Half Ironman distance. Before beginning this plan the athlete should be able to comfortably ride 2 hours, run 1hour and swim 1mile without any concerns, or be able to complete a half ironman distance.

Program duration: 23 Weeks

This plan was designed for the advanced age group athlete or the new professional athlete. This plan ranges from 10 hours a week to 22 hours for the peak weeks (2 weeks specifically). A typical week includes: – 4 swims – 3-4 bike rides – 4 runs 2 of the bike and runs come in the form of brick workouts.

Olympic Distance - Advanced

Program duration: 16 weeks

This plan is perfectly suited for the advanced grouper who is eager to complete their key race at peak fitness! This plan builds up to 20 hours and includes 2 sessions on most days. If you are the serious Olympic distance age grouper wanting to podium your races with availability to train twice a day this plan is for you!

Olympic Distance - Int/Advanced

Program duration: 23 Weeks
Cost: $525

This plan is perfectly suited for the more advanced and enthusiastic age grouper who may be limited on time, eager to complete their key race 100% prepared. Weekdays include one workout per day and some weekend days 2 workouts per day. The plan ranges from 8 hours a week to a maximum of 15 hours.
